REAL RECYCLED MATERIAL

Yes, our Mory backpack and change mat  are fully made of RPET. 

PET material is technically called polyethylene terephthalate which is the most common single use plastic.

To create virgin PET, producers extract crude oil and natural gas from the Earth, then process and heat it to form a molten liquid, then this liquid becomes fibres to create polyester fabric, or they mould and solidify it into PET plastic containers.

We collaborate recycling this used PET plastic containers that after been washed and re-melted into plasma, become our Mory Eco friendly and stylish Surfbag.

PRODUCT CARE

Your Mory Surf backpack is designed to provide you with many years of enjoyable use. It is important that you consider the following recommendations:

• Using a mild soap (never use detergents or solvents) and a damp sponge, wipe out the inside and outside of the surfbag. Be sure to completely air dry the pack with all zippers open prior to storing.
• Stubborn stains may require scrubbing with a soft bristle nylon brush. However, please note that excessive cleaning may damage the protective coatings provided by the manufacturer and is NOT recommended.
• Never put your surfbag in the dryer as the heat may damage the manufacturers’ protective coatings. You should also keep it out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat sources (the oven, a radiator, etc) when storing your surfbag.
• The use of solvents and dryers may damage your surfbag.
• Always store your surfbag in a cool and dry place.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for our Mory Surf backpack  shipped to Spain (Including both Balears and Canary Islands)

If you want us to ship to a country not listed you may email us at Morysurfshop@gmail.com and we will let you know how and make sure you get your Mory Surf backpack at home.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that we should not but might incur in potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems, which are outside of our control. 

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME may differ depending on the area:

• Spain Peninsula and Balears: 24-48hr.
• Canary Island: around 5 days.
• EU and Rest of the world: between 48hrs and 5 days depending on destination and courier availability.

Please keep your purchase ticket during the legal guarantee period. To properly seal your warranty please email picture of ticket / invoice to: Surfmoryshop@gmail.com, if you bought your Mory Surf backpack at one of our Authorized Distributor Shop.

WARRANTY REPARATIONS

Where can I have my Mory Surf backpack repaired? We recommend that you have a MORY Authorized Repair Centre repair your bag, this way we can assure that your product will be properly handled and warranty maintains. While any qualified bag repair facility could take care for your surfbag, only MORY Authorized Repair Centres are accredited to do warranty repair works. In order to find the nearest centre please contact us by email.
